If you like piña coladas (and strawberry daiquiris), then you will love this healthy, protein smoothie. I love this as a quick breakfast for those days I'm running behind (most of them).


1 pineapple core, sliced into 1 inch pieces
8 oz water
1 banana
1 scoop of protein powder (this is the only one I like)
8 oz frozen pineapple
8 oz frozen strawberries

In a Vitamix or a high-powered blender, puree the pineapple core and water. Then add the banana, protein, pineapple, and strawberries (in that order). I set mine on the frozen setting and came back when it was ready - otherwise, blend until smooth.
